This is by far the best flat iron i have ever bought. It heats up instantly. I love how the new black titanium plate glides through the hair. I had a hard time deciding if i wanted to buy this because the price was a little expensive for me , but now that i have it i love it! its better than any of the chi irons i have had which i thought were great, i did much research before buying it and reading reviews on this item… i never write reviews on anything but this i took the time to write a review bc this is simply a great product.

This is my favorite toy! I have extremely thick and frizzy hair. It takes forever to dry and it even takes hairdressers at the salon a long time to straighten the hair. It used to take me about 1 hour to 1 1/2 to simply straighten my hair. Now…it only takes me 20-25 min. So now its not such a drag to do my hair. I can finally let it grow again. lol.

Actually bought another Croc on Amazon but this is the one that was sent to me. It worked great and was in same price range so I decided to keep it. I loved the results of the flat iron but it does not travel well! The plastic strain relief where the cord attaches to the iron is sensitive and while carrying it in my suitcase it broke which exposed where the wires connect. One of them separated and so I found myself with a broken flat iron!!! So I have purchased a cheaper flat iron for traveling and will probably by another Croc strickly for home use.
